Servant Leaders: Responsibilities of the Church

Continuing our look into this idea of IGNITING in our leadership. We have spent a great deal of time considering the work of shepherds and have noticed that, as Ephesians 4:12 says, they have important work to do involving equipping of the saints to grow in various ways. However, if you kept reading you would find that growth of the church is relational to two things, one is performed with all certainty, Christ, who is the head, joins and holds the body together towards growth, but the second is less certain, the body joins in with that by EACH PART DOING ITS SHARE!
