Judgement Has Arrived

God has been incredibly long suffering with the people of Israel, through the wilderness and then the conquest. Through the judges and the kings. The nation has been divided and the northern kingdom has been carried off into exile. All that remains of God’s people is the kingdom of Judah, some of which live under the fear of Babylonian invasion while the rest live in Babylonian exile. It is during this time God speaks to the exiles about why things are the way they are. Through the words of the prophet Ezekiel God tells them that judgement has arrived for Jerusalem. Join us as we consider why that was and what it means for us today.
